We make delivery on business day ranging from Saturday to Thursday except public holidays. We consider any order after 6 pm as the order of next business day. You have to give correct address to get our products delivered, otherwise the authority will not bear any responsibility. We deliver our products to the customer throughout the country through the reputed courier service. But in Dhaka, we provide home delivery service.
In Dhaka city, delivery charge is BDT 50 and outside Dhaka city it is BDT 100.In Dhaka city, delivery is made within 1 to business 2 days and out of Dhaka it is within 2 to 3 business days.
Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. To return, check the validity of returns policy. Refund Processing. The box of product can not be opened without payment. If the product is not liked, return it immediately. If you find any problem with the product, you have to file complaint with deshify.com/complain.in the case of warranty free products, you have to complain within 24 hours at the above website. The brand product of the intake box can’t be returned if opened. If the product is damaged by the customer, it can’t be returned. Customer must pay delivery charge in the case of warranty service
